Kuniya Walk

You’ll then head to the Kuniya Walk where your Driver Guide will lead you to the famous Mutitjulu Waterhole. The waterhole provided a key source of water for the Aboriginal people in the area and had been in use for many thousands of years. You’ll see wonderful Aboriginal rock paintings and come to understand their significance.

Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre

The Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre houses an amazing collection of original ceramics, paintings and punu (woodwork) that provide an insight into the unique and spiritual culture of the Anangu, the traditional custodians of Uluru. You can take home your own unique piece of punu.

Wine & Nibbles

You’ll head off to the Uluru Sunset Viewing Area. En route, you may see some dromedary camels casually strolling through the park. On arrival at the Sunset Viewing Area, you’ll be served sparkling wine and nibbles while you absorb the enormity and beauty of your surroundings. You can just sit and relax or stroll around the area to find your own personal space to watch an amazing Red Centre sunset.

Uluru Sunset

Arguably Australia’s most recognisable and fascinating icon, Uluru (Ayers Rock) stands 348 metres high, however, most of its mass is below ground level. You’ll be overwhelmed by its monolithic size, presence and inherent spirituality. As the sun sets over the western horizon, you’ll be witness to the majestic presence and many shades of colour for which Uluru is most famous.

Optional Add-Ons

Aussie Barbecue Dinner under the Stars (+BBQ)
After sunset continue to our exclusive venue for an Aussie Barbecue Dinner, with Uluru as your stunning backdrop. Relax in the company of friends and fellow travellers and enjoy sparkling wine on arrival then dine on a menu of steak, kangaroo meat, lamb sausages, chicken skewers and garlic prawns, salads and a tasty dessert. All accompanied by a selection of red and white wines, beer and soft drinks. There’s time for stargazing too (weather permitting).
